Every restored pump we sell or rebuild comes with a 12-month warranty. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use — if the pump we restored fails to work as it should, we put it right.

It does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, misuse or accidents. Bleed the system properly after fitting — an incompletely bled system is noisy and shortens the life of any pump. The steps are in our bleeding guide.

To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a short description or video of the problem, and we will tell you what to do next.

We ship worldwide. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on the destination, so we confirm the exact price and service with you after you place your order, before anything is sent.

Every unit is bench-tested before it is packed. Customs clearance, carrier delays and an incorrect delivery address are outside our control and can add time, and local customs may charge import duties or taxes.

Most restored units are turned around in 5–7 days once your pump arrives at the workshop. Pumps that are already restored and in stock in the shop ship without that wait.

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Contact us with your order number to start a return.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the return reaching us. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible.

Send us photos of your old ACD or AYC pump and we quote its value within 24–48 hours — typically $150–$350 per unit. Ship the old pump to us (shipping is paid by the customer) and the credit goes towards any restored pump in the catalog.
